Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy • Pay-as-you-go: Payment must be made at least 24 hours within (before or after) the scheduled lesson time. • Monthly plan: All lessons must be completed within the same calendar month. Unused lessons do not roll over into the following month, and no refunds will be provided for missed or unused sessions. Scheduling & Cancellations • I offer flexible scheduling, though I recommend one-hour sessions once per week for consistent progress. • To reschedule or cancel a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the lesson fee. • If a student does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled lesson time without prior notice, the lesson will be considered a no-show and the full lesson fee will be charged. • If I need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your next session will be half off. *Emergencies will be taken into consideration. Agreement By booking sessions with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above rates, payment policies, scheduling, and cancellation terms.
